CONMACH manufactures concrete pipe machines, manhole machines, manhole base machines, concrete pipe moulds, fiber caps, pallets and related equipment for precast concrete production.

CONMACH offers different concrete pipe machine configurations for various pipe diameters, production capacities and project requirements, including the PIPEKING-800 and PIPEKING-1400 models.

The production range depends on the machine model and mould configuration. The PIPEKING-800 is designed for concrete pipes from approximately Ø150 to Ø800 mm, while the PIPEKING-1400 is designed for larger pipe production up to Ø1,400 mm.

You should consider the required pipe diameter, pipe length, daily production target, number of pipe sizes, available factory space, mould requirements, automation level and handling system before selecting a machine.

Concrete pipe production generally uses a suitable cement, aggregate, water and, when required, approved additives. The concrete mix should be designed according to the required pipe strength, dimensions and applicable project standards.

Concrete pipe machines can use mould components such as internal moulds, external moulds, plastering components and fiber caps. The required mould configuration depends on the pipe diameter and production requirements.

Prepared concrete is placed into the mould and compacted through a controlled forming and vibration process. The machine forms the pipe according to the mould dimensions, after which the fresh pipe is removed and transferred for curing.

The main difference is their production range. PIPEKING-800 is suitable for smaller and medium-sized concrete pipes up to approximately Ø800 mm, while PIPEKING-1400 is designed for larger pipe production up to Ø1,400 mm.

Production capacity depends on the pipe diameter, mould configuration, machine model, concrete mix, operator efficiency and production conditions. For example, PIPEKING-800 and PIPEKING-1400 have different production capacities for different pipe diameters.

CONMACH offers semi-automatic concrete pipe machine configurations. The level of automation and equipment configuration can be adapted to the customer's production requirements.
